Horses for Sale

The Goffs UK May sale has been lucky for me when buying English point to pointers. Silver Fish has good placed form having been placed 2nd twice from 3 starts. He is by one of my favourite sires and has come from a good home. He is an attractive individual who is likely to progress from national hunt flat races to chases in the future.

This unnamed 3 year old was sourced from France last year and has already schooled over hurdles. His sire was 2nd in the German Derby and he is a brother to the mighty Adlerflug who is the sire of our own Maximilian. Twilight Veil was purchased recently from Colin Bowe who has been our biggest supplier of winners over the years. He was an eye catcher on his 2nd start but for a mistake at the last he probably would have won. With his birthday on 31st May it is to his great credit that he showed this level of form before his 4th birthday. He is by a good sire and out of a great race mare. His future is all before him. I fell in love with this horse at the Goffs UK May sale and was surprised I managed to buy him at the price I did. He is a big fine, scopey horse with a lovely mind. Although his earlier form may not look as strong the yards horses were under a cloud at the time. On his latest start he was mighty impressive and he galloped through the line.
